Meta-description: Green Coffee apologizes for mistake and is providing incentives through a campaign called #stickwithus to make it up to customers

Hello!
Green Coffee Background
It is with regret that we acknowledge the mistake that Green Coffee has made. When Andrew Bluth first started Green Coffee, he was tired of only finding coffee shops that were, in so many words, corporate. They did not care about the environment the way that they should, they did not care about their customers the way that they should, and they did not care about making the world a better place the way that they should. This is a world that we all have to live in. Talk about the ultimate thing we, as all animals, need to share – the world. We only have one Earth and if we ruin it, we have nothing.
Andrew decided that it was time to make the world a better, more sustainable place and what better way to do that than through something that people love – coffee. Thus Green Coffee was born to do just that. Andrew was committed to using fair trade suppliers as part of that mission. If you do not know what fair trade suppliers are, please look at this link: Fair Trade USA. Andrew wanted to do this because “fair trade coffee can help farmers escape poverty,” and make the world more sustainable (Fair Trade USA, 2014, para. 1).

Our Mistake
Along the way, Green Coffee found itself making some profit, but that did not seem like enough to be able to sustain itself. The company turned to buying from other suppliers than the fair trade suppliers. This was a mistake! Green Coffee was not created for the profit, and that message got lost for a little while. However, it is back now and will never leave again! Andrew Bluth gave a powerful speech about this mistake, and how Green Coffee is going to fix this. This speech included the fact that Green Coffee will be only using fair trade suppliers in the future. To view that speech, please search Green Coffee on YouTube.com.
Let Us Make It Up to You, Our Customers
We at Green Coffee are asking for forgiveness. We are asking our customers to remember the roots and ideas that we started from. We may not be deserving of the trust of our wonderful customers, but we are asking to be given the opportunity to earn that trust back. Please follow our Twitter and Facebook accounts to be able to receive special incentives to stick with us. For our customers that may not follow social media, we will also have special incentives that are available at the counter in each of our cafes. We want everyone to #stickwithus, and we promise that it will be worth it!

Now, on to Changing the World!
Green Coffee is going to move forward from this mistake:
·      We are going to rebuild,
·      We are going to be completely open with our customers,
·      We are going to give them a reason to want to buy our coffee,
·       We are going to make them proud to be our customers,
·      And we are going to make the world a better, more sustainable place! You just have to #stickwithus.
